Mental and behavioral health services are included in every standard health plan offered through Access Health CT. They are one of the 10 Essential Health Benefits (EHBs) every standard health insurance plan must cover. That means you can use mental and behavioral health services at no additional cost.

You can contact your insurance company for more information on what is included in your health plan and how to use your benefits.

Connecting you to coverage
We can help take away some of the stress of enrolling in health and dental coverage. We have Certified Brokers who can help you pick the coverage that works best for you and your family. Their help is free.
You can also find support through our Navigators. Many of these community organizations promote mental health awareness and offer help. They can help you enroll in health or dental coverage. They may also be able to help you find other services to support your mental health. View the list of Navigators and contact one near you to make an appointment.
